- First registration deadline for the choirs is 30.06.2007, the second on 15.09.2007 and the final call in 01.11.2007. The later registration is more expensive!
- The choir gets songbooks after they have registered and paid registration fee. So the choirs who need more time for rehearsing, should apply earlier.

For groups not having buses with them, city transportation in Tartu is free (you have to wear your participant’s handwristle). It is also possible to rent bus from Estonia.
