Estonian Song and Dance Celebration

International Study Tour for Managers

2 – 7 July, 2014

Aim group
Managers, conductors and all those interested in management aspects of a huge festival

Take a look at the backstage of the Estonian Song and Dance Celebration and choral traditions. It is seen as as a process, not a project. How to organize a music event with 33 000 participants? How to rehearse with a choir of 25 000 singers? How is the artistic programme prepared? How much does it cost? How does it all work? And how to keep the intangible heritage alive during the next 100 years and further?
